Welcome to Carn Brea Helston Swimming Club

At Carn Brea and Helston Swimming Club, we cater for swimmers of all ages and abilities from youngsters learning to swim right through to national ability competitive swimmers.

We encourage all of our members to improve their strokes, stamina and to fulfil their own potential as a swimmer. Above all, we aim to ensure that all members have an enjoyable and rewarding swimming career.

Carn Brea and Helston Swimming Club (CBHSC) offers a structured environment which encourages involvement of its members at many different levels. CBHSC aims to provide the opportunity for all swimmers, regardless of their ability, to be the best that they can be and to reach their highest level of achievement through hard work, discipline, support, encouragement and team spirit provided by the coaches, teachers, swimmers and parents.

Parents of swimmers are encouraged to support the club in a variety of ways. CBHSC promotes a good family and social atmosphere where new members are always welcome.

Carn Brea and Helston Swimming Club has a long proud history of producing many of Cornwall’s best swimmers, a fact that is still very much applicable today.
