CBHSC TIMETABLE 2024/25
The new season commences on Wednesday 28th August for Sharks, Juniors, County, Regionals and Monday September 2nd for Swordfish and Dolphins – please note some times and venues have changed.
Regional/National Squad (all 6 sessions)
Monday: Carn Brea – Land Training 7-8pm Swim 8-9pm
Wednesday: Carn Brea – Land Training 7:30-8:30pm Swim 8:30-9:30pm
Thursday: Helston – Regional: 6-7:45pm
Friday: Carn Brea – Regional: 7-9pm
Saturday: Helston – Regional: 7-9am (once a month this session will be in Plymouth long course – dates and times TBC)
Sunday: Carn Brea – 5:30-7:30pm
County Squad (5 of the 6 sessions available)
Monday: Carn Brea – Land Training 7-8pm Swim 8-9pm
Wednesday: Carn Brea – Land Training 7:30-8:30pm Swim 8:30-9:30pm
Thursday: Helston – 6-7:45pm
Friday: Carn Brea – 7-9pm
Saturday: Helston – 7-9am (once a month this session will be in Plymouth long course – dates and times TBC)
Sunday: Carn Brea – 5:30-7:30pm
LAND TRAINING – Termly places will need to be booked for all land training sessions. Please click on the link below to sign up. Places are limited.
NB EQUPIMENT REQUIRED: Mat, roller and a stretch band. NO large floats from the centre can be used.
