Regional/National Squad (6 out of 7 sessions)
Monday: Carn Brea – Swim 8-9pm
Tuesday: Helston –  8-9:30pm
Wednesday: Carn Brea –  Swim 8:30-9:30pm
Thursday: Helston – 6:30pm-8pm
Friday: Carn Brea –  7-9pm
Saturday: Helston – 7-9am (once a month this session will be in Plymouth long course – dates and times TBC)
Sunday: Carn Brea – 6-8pm
