Regional/National Squad (all 6 sessions)
Monday: Carn Brea – Land Training 7-8pm Swim 8-9pm
Wednesday: Carn Brea – Land Training 7:30-8:30pm Swim 8:30-9:30pm
Thursday: Helston – Regional: 6-7:45pm
Friday: Carn Brea – Regional: 7-9pm
Saturday: Helston – Regional: 7-9am (once a month this session will be in Plymouth long course – dates and times TBC)
Sunday: Carn Brea – 6-8pm
